The rules that apply when you buy from us.

Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your confirmation, or — for personalised items — when you approve your proof. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable, if pricing was displayed incorrectly, or if we cannot verify the payment or the address.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are calculated at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before charging you, and you may cancel without penalty.

Personalised items

• We print exactly the text you supply, including spelling and capitalisation.
• You will receive a proof and nothing is produced until you approve it.
• Once approved, personalised orders cannot be changed, cancelled or returned except where the item is faulty or does not match the approved proof.
• You confirm you have the right to use any names, artwork, logos or text you send us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may decline to print content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes a third party's trademark or copyright.

Intellectual property

Our designs, artwork, illustrations, photography and text belong to Sagevow and may not be reproduced or resold without written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the right to reproduce its design.

You keep ownership of anything you send us. You grant us a limited licence to use it solely to produce your order.

Colour and material variation

Screens render colour differently from print, and natural materials — linen, wood, paper stock — vary slightly between batches. Minor variation is not a defect. If an exact colour match matters, ask us for a physical proof first.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses, including the cost of a delayed or cancelled event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
