Orders and shipping

Where do you ship from?

Everything is made to order once your personalization is confirmed. We ship worldwide.

How long will my order take?

Every piece is made to order in 3–5 business days, then US transit is another 5–7 business days. Peak seasons add 1–2 days. Full detail is on our shipping page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to most countries. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

When is shipping free?

On US orders over $90. International orders are $8.99 for the first item and $4.00 for each additional item.

My tracking says delivered but nothing arrived.

Check with neighbours and any parcel room first — carriers occasionally scan early. If it has not appeared after 48 hours, email us and we will open a trace and remake the order if it is confirmed lost.

Personalization

Will I see it before it is printed?

Yes. Every personalized order is proofed by a person and emailed to you, usually within one business day. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

Can I change my personalization after ordering?

Free of charge any time before you approve the proof. After approval the piece is in production and cannot be changed.

Can you match my invitation?

Usually. Email us a photograph or a PDF of your invitation and we will match the typeface and palette as closely as our stocks allow, at no extra cost.

How many names fit on a seating chart?

Up to 300 on our 24×36" size. Send the list as a spreadsheet or a plain list and we will set it.

Products

What are things made from?

Signage and table numbers in 3mm cast acrylic; paper goods on heavyweight uncoated cotton stock; vow books in linen with recycled board; ring boxes in cotton velvet. Materials are listed on every product page.

Will the colors match between pieces?

Yes, if you order within one color story. Every palette is printed from the same color profile, so a menu and a welcome sign ordered months apart still match.

Do acrylic signs survive outdoors?

Yes — acrylic handles dew, a shower and direct sun for a day. Paper does not; order acrylic or foamboard for anything that lives outside.

Can I order a sample?

We post free physical color and stock samples anywhere in the US. Email us with the palette you are considering.

Returns and problems

Can I return a personalized item?

Not for change of mind — it is made only for you. If it is faulty, damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, we remake or refund it in full.

Something arrived broken.

Photograph it within 7 days of delivery and email the photographs with your order number. We reply within one business day.

My wedding was cancelled or postponed.

Email us. If your order has not gone to print we will cancel and refund it. If it has, we will hold your artwork on file and reprint it at cost when you have a new date.
