Who we are

What we collect

A note on guest lists. A seating chart order means you send us other people's names. We use that list only to produce your order, we never market to it, and we delete it 24 months after your order — sooner if you ask.
Who we share it with
- Shopify — our store and checkout platform.
- Payment processors — Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay.
- Carriers — USPS, UPS, DHL, and local delivery partners.
- Email and analytics — our email platform and Google Analytics.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone who is not directly involved in fulfilling your order or running this store.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep your cart and your session working and cannot be turned off. Analytics and marketing cookies are optional and are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change that choice at any time from the banner or in your browser settings.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. If you are in the EU or the UK you have these rights under the GDPR; if you are in California you have them under the CCPA. Email hello@sagevow.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Marketing email always carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. It does not stop order and delivery emails, which we have to send.
Security and children
The store runs over HTTPS and card data never touches our systems. No online service can promise perfect security, but we limit who can see order data and review that access regularly. Our store is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continuing to use the store after a change means you accept it.
